Start with standing half-bound lotus, this is another challenging move in Astangga Yoga, which both hips, quads, abdominal muscles are fully engaged. Followed by Fire Fly pose, 1year ago i cant hardly hold it for a second, now by thorough practice, i became comfortable with it. It shows arm strength, abdominal involvement, and elasticity of the hamstring, calf and hip flexor.
Third pose is one leg sage balance, is another example for arm and shoulder strength and still abdominal muscles played a great role.Last pose is the headstand, known as the King of all Asanas in Yoga practice, it represent a very stable core muscles..
This four Asanas are only applicable to those who have gone basic Yoga, and it will also cause so much injuries when applying without 20 minutes proper warm up. So Kids don't play this at home.Namaste..
