Not really playing at all,its coming back to real business with...
3 in 1. Arm balance, side split and standing split, this is one of my video fan request.Its always been hard to hold it longer for combination poses. Now i can hold 25 seconds for standing split and 10 seconds for that arm balance. But to combine them all not easy. Keeping a diary on them is getting a lot of fun. Just wondering how i have been improving my strength and balance. I don't really pressure myself though , i always keep in mind its not a contest anyway. "kids don't play this at home."
