Side Crow

Play time on my side crow, left arm still weaker than my right...I started with that hand to big toe, extended leg, showing hamstring flexibility. Pose of a dancer to half moon showing the increase on legs strength and balance. Side crow right and left, showing arms,wrist, and shoulder strength.

To stay strong and flexible is the best anti-aging process that will last forever..
