What i actually been up to? In spite of all the throbbing pain on my arms and shoulders from those trying hard handstand, this crazy stunts keeps haunting me. Two legged sage balance and side crow. I can't hardly hold it for a few seconds..
Arm balance is one of the most difficult poses in Yoga. I started with side plank, firefly, crow, tri-pod, eight bend balance and all of this bit by bit becomes chicken feed. One pose achievement, definitely my body, ache for another challenges. Will power just consume me, its like an obsession. Just like doing my pop jazz lesson on my younger years, that even in your sleep, you still can see body movement.
In my Yoga practice, sometimes mind is willing, body is weak. Terrible muscle pain, veins swollen, skin bruises from too much strength that i exerted. Luckily no broken bones yet, thats because proper techniques, concentration and breathing has been followed.
Since primary, secondary to college, Ive been to dance troupe, but the only thing i can do is side split on my exhibition, poor flexibility. Now on my 35th year of age and doing those complicated poses, can't hardly believe it. Isn't amazing?
Exactly there's never been too late in everything. Regardless of how long you have waited to pursue your dream. Remember if others can, why can't you? Just be dedicated of whatever your aimed in life, just like Yoga, its just a matter of perseverance, will power and self-esteem.
