That's the shadows of the three sets of tired legs of an aerobic instructor in a studio,on their break time, chatting, relaxing while hanging all that throbbing feet of an hour teaching, kicking here and there,did everything to keep fit and to promote wellness for everybody...

Wandering whats on their mind, to keep going to the toughest fitness business competition in Brunei..Big fitness industry are coming in, like Less Mills etc, damn they are so good i knew it. Only few small studio left, opening, closing, whatever it is, this three are one of the few last standing still..

Featuring, me again, Dolly and my long lost partner in Slimline Susi..Now we are working as one again in Bodyactive from which to be named soon as Emmele Woman's Wellness, to mark new management, new owner..We will continue to strive harder now, to the top of our hearts to stay still, to keep, one of the best "Only ladies fitness center in Brunei..
