Just trying to apply some of the Yoga moves that i learned from the latest workshop that i attended. Chaotic month of the year. Absolutely! Yes indeed! Trying my best to keep focus, controlled and sane.Able enough to accomplished my job and any responsibilities, without stepping anybody's feet. When I'm angry I will just say AAOOOMMMMM.. Pranayama indeed do the magic. Its calms me down.
Master Paalu's voiced still echoed in my ear, how he explained the true benefits of Inversion Yoga. Why Yogini's and Yogi's are intelligent and the longer practice, the more they become intelligent. He said, our body are naturally designed in an upright position,and that cause some of our brain cells no enough blood supply.
Our Pituitary glands which found at the base of our brain, sized like a pea, too small but too powerful. Its known as the controller almost all of our body processes like:
* Blood pressure
* Some aspects of pregnancy and childbirth including stimulation of uterine contractions during childbirth
* Breast milk production
* Sex organ functions in both women and men
* Thyroid gland function
* The conversion of food into energy (metabolism)
* Water regulation in the body
* Growth
Now, just imagine that particular functions, and by just doing that UP-SIDE-DOWN Yoga moves these certain cells or hormones become more useful and productive.
Inversions is not advisable for everybody especially for those who have past head, neck, spine, shoulder injuries, major surgery of the past two years and glaucoma. People with high blood pressure are given precautions,but its a cure for them too. They have to do it gradually and in a very short period of time. Not all can do inversion, so not all can get the benefits too. Congrats yourself if you are one..
Well aside from Yoga as my stress buster this three fellow help me a lot...
My expanding family, who will keep me busy in the house,will give me real laugh at the end of the day and divert my mind away from the real world..
